Due to the hygienic nature of piercings and jewelry, we do not accept returns on used or worn products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Eligible cases may qualify for:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Items purchased during sales or promotional events may not be eligible for refunds.
