Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Tracking details will be shared via Email and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are available for incorrect, damaged or defective products. Exchanges are also available for a different design, colour or finish.
Used piercing jewellery, earrings and studs cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, except when received damaged, defective or incorrect.
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for missing, damaged or incorrect-product claims.
REFUNDS
Approved prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4–7 business days after inspection.
COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
An approved exchange is subject to a ₹200 handling fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled or delivery details changed only before dispatch.
